An Iconic Structure

The tower’s design features two distinct shapes — a crystalline thin floating glass volume ascending vertically on the east and a masonry volume melding with its surroundings on the west. The glass building, with elevated terraces acting as structural cantilevers, hovers above a golden limestone podium, creating the illusion of a floating tower.




With expansive windows, bold lines and European-inspired columns, The Victor allures residents and guests by way of a glowing art feature within the porte-cochère, welcoming residents and visitors with a lustrous radiance. Verdant landscaping complements the jewel-box entrance, acting as an extension of the vibrant streetscape and connecting the interiors to natural greenery.




Light fills The Victor, illuminating the interior touches — including quartz countertops, waterfall islands, Italian-made custom cabinetry, wine chillers, solar shades and porcelain tile — and art installations from designers across the world, featuring works by Brendan Jamison and Hellen Amy Murray.
